Hoover Button Factory was founded in Hong Kong in 1955, while Hoover Button Factory Limited was established in 1968. Due to the continuous expansion of business, in 1990, the company set up a factory in Ping Hu Shenzhen and was named Hoover Button Factory (Shenzhen) Limited producing all kinds of buttons.
Not only act as a manufacturer, Hoover is also an exporter exporting products to everywhere in the world with well-known customers like Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle Outfitters, Banana Republic, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Express, Esprit, French Connection, Hugo Boss, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Oshkosh, S. Oliver, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Uniqlo, etc.
The factory is fully equipped with all kinds of production tools, skillful technicians and advanced technologies. Monthly production capacity is up to 26,000,000 pieces. Main products are polyester button, ABS button, natural button, cuff link and metal button. All the products can get through testing like impact, pulling, crocking, etc.
Hoover follows strictly China and global laws in environmental and human rights. The company started environmentally friendly production in 1998 and achieved the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 - Class 2 Certificate in Apr 2008. The certificate was further elevated to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 - Class 1 Certificate in Jan 2013. In Jan 2018, it was renewed as Oeko-Tex Standard 100 - Class 1 Certificate in Appendix 6. The factory installed a perfect dust and sewage control system that passed the standard of Shenzhen Environmental Protection Bureau of which is one of the few manufacturers passing this standard in Shenzhen. To elevate the high standard quality control of the internal management, Hoover introduced ISO Quality Control System in 2008 and obtained ISO9001 : 2008 Quality Control Qualification Certificate. On the other hand, the company respects human rights and social responsibilities and already passed the BSCI audit.
